What is your process to do eBay listings?
Our Process is Simple:
To get started, just add me as a user with limited access to your eBay account. Then, share your product images via Google Drive or Dropbox. I’ll create the listings and save them as drafts for your review—once approved, you can publish them live with a single click.
How can I share images with you using Google drive or dropbox?
Google Drive:
Go to drive.google.com and log in.
Click the “+ New” button (top-left) and select “Folder”.
Name your folder and click “Create”.
Open the folder, upload images inside the folder and then click the “Share” icon (top-right).
In the sharing settings, choose “Anyone with the link” and set permission to “Viewer”.
Copy the link and send it to us.
Dropbox:
Go to dropbox.com and sign in.
Click “Create” > “Folder” and name it.
Upload your images to the folder.
Hover over the folder name, click the “Share” button.
Choose “Can view”, then click “Create link” or “Copy link”.
Send us the link.
We'll access the images from the folder to create your listings quickly and accurately.
How can I add you as a user in your eBay account?
Go to your eBay Seller Hub, click on "Account Settings", then select "Permissions" under the "Account" tab. From there, you can invite us by entering our email ([email protected]) and assigning limited access to manage listings, without giving full control of your account. We'll guide you step-by-step if needed.
Do you do variations listings as well?
Yes, We do, but the cost depends on the number of variations and type of product. For more details about variation listings, get in touch with us.
What type of products do you list?
As we are experienced on eBay, shopify and other eCommerce platforms and have been working since 2019. We can work on every type of product except ADULT products.
Do I need to provide my eBay login details?
No, you don't need to provide your eBay listings credentials as we don't consider it safe. Instead, you need to add us a user or staff
Do you provide customer support?
Yes, we provide customer support 24/6 on whatsapp. We are always ready to fix anything in case of any issue.
How do you accept payments?
- For payments, you need to install an app named WISE and verify your identity with them, after that you can make the payments using credit or debit cards, apple pay, and many others
- You can also send us ACH or WIRE transfers to our US based bank accounts. Details will be provided once we start the work.
What details are needed to start listing on Shopify?
We will need you to add us as a collaborator on Shopify and share details of products.
What is your turn around time?
We usually get the items listed within 24 to 48 hours, but if your order is big, it is better to get in touch with us before proceeding further.
What is the SEO process?
Our SEO process includes optimizing titles with high-ranking keywords, writing clear and keyword-rich descriptions, updating item specifics, selecting the right categories, and ensuring fast shipping options — all designed to improve your product’s visibility in eBay search results.
When do you accept payments?
We accept weekly payments usually at the end of each week.
Are there any addidtional costs?
No, there are no addidtional costs, We offer fixed price of $1 per listing.
Do you crosslist products as well?
Yes, we crosslist products to other platforms as well, including Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, etc.
